Svetlana has more than 20 years’ work experiencein Russia’s largest companies on top management positions.
Svetlana is engaged in legal support of M&A and advises clients on various aspects of corporate, competition and private international law.
Svetlana’s areas of practice include tax and criminal law (economical aspects), as well as arbitration proceedings, with a vast experience in clients’ representation in courts.
Svetlana is an author of a large number of publications regarding case law.
Maria Blagovolina graduated from the International Law Department of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
Before joining AMG Partners she spent many years in the Moscow office of Allen & Overy as a senior associate in the corporate department. During this time she also developed the company’s employment practice.
Maria advises clients on various issues of corporate law and statutory regulations, infrastructure issues, general commercial transactions including: cross-border mergers and acquisitions, incorporation and management of joint ventures, and a wide range of employment law and associated issues.
Maria speaks fluent English and French.
Dmitry Yampolskiy is a Law graduate of the M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University. He is a member of the Moscow Chamber of Advocates, and is on the Best lawyers List (professional ratings of Russian lawyers, compiled the US company Best Lawyers International). Dmitry Yampolskiy is the creator of a number of successful Russian companies and international ventures, his interests and business activities include jurisprudence, finance, and projects in the HoReCa segment.
Dmitry has an excellent reputation as a practising lawyer, with extensive experience in Russian and international courts. Focusing on economic and property crime cases, he has spent over 15 years advising and representing his clients, they include major Russian companies, businessmen and prominent figures in the culture and arts sectors. He also acts for clients in civil cases to defend their honour, dignity, business reputation and copyright.
For many years Dmitry has chaired the management board of Russia’s Vera hospice charity foundation and played an active role in its work. He was one of the original proponents of the construction of Moscow’s first children’s hospice and the promotion of the hospice movement within Russia.
Since 2003 he has been the co-owner and president of TableTalk, a major restaurant holding with assets including the French café chain Jean Jacques, Jon Donne pubs, Italian restaurants Mercato and Cervetti bar, the Mayak club, Mart art cafe and Shardam children’s clubs.
In recent years he has become actively involved in the investment business, successfully handling finance and private wealth management projects. He is one of the founders of a new private equity fund with a unique governance model.

Roman has been working as a lawyer in law-enforcement authorities, Russia’ largest companies and international law firms for more than 15 years.
He advises clients on various aspects of corporate
and tax law as well as criminal law (economical aspects).His practice areas also
include arbitration and civil procedural law and representation of clients’
interests in courts.
Marina Zakharova is a graduate of the Law Department of the Academy of Law and Management.
She specializes in contract and employment law, as well as real estate and advertising projects. Having worked as a lawyer in large manufacturing and trading companies, Marina is very familiar with the risks that companies can encounter in their business activities and has specialist sector know-how for mitigating them.
Marina analyses business processes and devises legal frameworks for their implementation. She participates in the drafting of company documents in compliance with employment legislation, laws on food quality and safety, technical regulations, fire and industrial safety. Also in her field of expertise are due diligence and the negotiation of various types of contract; she participates in work claims and litigation, and represents companies in the Arbitration Court, courts of general jurisdiction and state bodies.

Vladimir specializes in corporate, competition and arbitration procedural law along with legal regulation of activities on the Internet.
Julia has been practicing law for more than 10 years. Julia specializes in compliance, corporate, labor and contract law, legal regulation of bankruptcy, inheritance, due diligence procedures, including risk analysis and ways to minimize them, and other issues. Julia is engaged in representing clients (both individuals and legal entities) in arbitration courts, courts of general jurisdiction and governmental bodies all over Russia. She also supports current activities of a number of Russian subsidiaries of foreign corporations.
Anastasia graduated from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with knowledge of English, Spanish and German languages. She is interested in civil law, international private law, financial law and tax law. Anastasia prepares legal documents drafts, selects and synthesizes enforcement practices.
