Maria Blagovolina graduated from the International Law Department of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
Before joining AMG Partners she spent many years in the Moscow office of Allen & Overy as a senior associate in the corporate department. During this time she also developed the company’s employment practice.
Maria advises clients on various issues of corporate law and statutory regulations, infrastructure issues, general commercial transactions including: cross-border mergers and acquisitions, incorporation and management of joint ventures, and a wide range of employment law and associated issues.

Dmitry Yampolskiy is a Law graduate of the M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University. He is a member of the Moscow Chamber of Advocates, and is on the Best lawyers List (professional ratings of Russian lawyers, compiled the US company Best Lawyers International). Dmitry Yampolskiy is the creator of a number of successful Russian companies and international ventures, his interests and business activities include jurisprudence, finance, and projects in the HoReCa segment.
Dmitry has an excellent reputation as a practising lawyer, with extensive experience in Russian and international courts. Focusing on economic and property crime cases, he has spent over 15 years advising and representing his clients, they include major Russian companies, businessmen and prominent figures in the culture and arts sectors. He also acts for clients in civil cases to defend their honour, dignity, business reputation and copyright.
For many years Dmitry has chaired the management board of Russia’s Vera hospice charity foundation and played an active role in its work. He was one of the original proponents of the construction of Moscow’s first children’s hospice and the promotion of the hospice movement within Russia.

Marina Zakharova is a graduate of the Law Department of the Academy of Law and Management.
She specializes in contract and employment law, as well as real estate and advertising projects. Having worked as a lawyer in large manufacturing and trading companies, Marina is very familiar with the risks that companies can encounter in their business activities and has specialist sector know-how for mitigating them.
Marina analyses business processes and devises legal frameworks for their implementation. She participates in the drafting of company documents in compliance with employment legislation, laws on food quality and safety, technical regulations, fire and industrial safety. Also in her field of expertise are due diligence and the negotiation of various types of contract; she participates in work claims and litigation, and represents companies in the Arbitration Court, courts of general jurisdiction and state bodies.
Anastacia specializes in contract and corporate law, she participates incorporate transactions, and cooperates with foreign consultants on various legal and financial issues. She has experience in drafting companies’ constituent documents and local statutory acts.
Anastacia also participates indue diligence procedures in relation to companies during their operational activities.
Sergey Snigirev graduated from the Law Department of the Russian Academy of Justice in 2012.
Before joining AMG Partners he worked as a tax adviser to a major mobile phone operator.
Sergey provides legal support and advice to clients on compliance with Russian regulations in areas including: retail, food production, protection of personal data and employment law. He has considerable experience of drafting commercial contracts and creating contractual frameworks for new companies. He is also highly knowledgeable in dealing with Russian government bodies on matters concerning his clients’ commercial activities. In addition, Sergey has been involved in structuring various transactions and drafting share sale and purchase contracts and other documents under English law.
